• Virtual Legal Director (VLD) is unique to Metis. It is a service where Metis becomes your own personal in-house legal director, an asset that at one time could only be afforded by the few, despite it being so crucial for the many.

  VLD is different to our other specialisms, in that it is a pro-active service dealing specifically with the identification of a businesses legal needs and risks, and where we will manage these on your behalf (and handle any future issues) saving you valuable time, money and stress.  

  Clearly, we understand that in this economic cycle, businesses need to pay particular attention to their legal affairs, and do what they can to manage these issues in-house in an effort to save the costs of instructing external lawyers. We appreciate this is sensible but our experience shows that, sometimes, this can be a false economy.  The time lost in managing legal issues can be crippling to the business’ resources and in any case, we find that despite best efforts, most businesses inevitably end up instructing external lawyers after a crisis has developed.
